1. If an item is out of stock, will there be any future stock coming in?
I make all of my jewelry by hand, so I usually have only one of each item. You can request a specific design or type of jewelry and I will try to accommodate you.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order I will wait for your payment to come in. Once your payment has cleared, I will ship within 2 business days. I will ship by first class through the USPS with delivery confirmation.

3. What payment method(s) do you accept?
I accept Paypal (preferred), money orders and personal checks. See Terms for additional payment information.

4. What is your return policy?
If you are not happy with an item that you have purchased, please return it with the original packaging and I will gladly refund your money. I will not refund the original amount for shipping. Please notify me by email first before you ship item back. Refund checks will be mailed within 3 days of receiving the returned item

5. Do you ship outside of the USA?
At this time I only ship to the US and Canada

6. How come the colors of my jewelry are different then the picture?
Actual product colors might differ slightly from colors you see in the pictures due to lighting variations when pictures were taken or computer monitor configuration. Thats NOT a quality problem
